ITM inFusion eForms™ is a standards-based electronic forms environment for serving, completing, submitting, routing, approving and managing all of the forms that drive the core business processes of your organization. It serves as a forms front end to virtually any existing back-end (banking system, government system, database applications, ERP, DMS, CMS, etc.)

inFusion eForms presents the users with forms that are already pre-filled with data based on the user's authentication or the selection of a corresponding database record. The workflow and security use predefined profiles without requiring a programmer to get involved.

Once submitted, a form can be set up to automatically route to the user's supervisor, then to a regional manager, for example, who could approve the request in a web browser or even from a hand-held device like a smartphone. The administrator has the ability to make specific fields read-only, required, or hidden at any given step in workflow without being a programmer. inFusion eForms supports PDF (how it used to be done) and XML (the future of forms) all in the same environment.

Added Security
- Encode data on the form in a machine readable format (bar code) to eliminate unreliable data entry and “trigger” additional processes when scanned
- Encode data on the form into both a bar code and a covert print element on the form. This allows for a bar code reader to verify the integrity of the document, or to interrogate the covert authentication component.
- Encrypt data to allow only the right people to access the data to pass from paper into their own systems without data entry
- Document protection does not require special paper - the features can be added as part of the standard print process and it is controlled server side to protect against unauthorized use
