inFusion eForms 6.5 Released

ROCKVILLE, Md. December 1, 2008 ITM Associates, Inc. announced the release of the newest version of inFusion eForms today. inFusion eForms, ITM’s award winning commercial software product, has been the leading add-on product for IBM’s Lotus Forms for the past five years. According to Ian Altman, President of ITM, inFusion has dramatically accelerated deployment of fully functional, workflow-enabled electronic forms applications for numerous customers in both government and industry. “We’re really excited about inFusion 6.5”, said Altman. “This release includes significant new features and functionality including improved signature support, print to PDF, and attachments that accompany forms through the workflow process. It also works seamlessly within the Lotus WebSphere Portal environment.”

End users will find that the “point-and-click” simplicity of inFusion’s user interface particularly compelling. Training is relatively simple and organizations do not need to assign programmers or staff with advanced technical skills to define business workflows associated with forms driven business processes. inFusion offers additional benefits by preserving audit trails, pre-populating fields, validating data entry to reduce errors, and offering workflow profiles that customize user options according to their roles within the organization and the stage of the workflow process. Over the past several years, ITM has worked closely with IBM to streamline the entire forms experience to meet corporate governance and regulatory compliance requirements.

inFusion won the 2007 Lotusphere Chief Technology Officer (CTO) award. ITM Associates, a wholly owned subsidiary of International Barcode Corporation d/b/a BTI, has extensive experience automating form-based business processes for clients in both the private and government sectors.
